AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I'm sure this is something stupid on my part. But, I've been staring at it so long I can't seem to figure out what's wrong.

Here's the command I executed:

3dDeconvolve \
-input S1_RNPASallruns+orig -local_times \
-fdisp 12345 -concat cat_tap.txt -polort 2 -num_stimts 1 -num_glt 1 \
-stim_times 1 tapon.txt 'BLOCK(30,1)' -stim_label 1 Tap \
-glt 1 tap-notap.glt -glt_label Tap-Rest \
-fout -rout -tout -full_first -xsave -xjpeg {$map}_matrix -bucket S1_function

and the error I got back:

** FATAL ERROR: 3dDeconvolve dies: -stim_label k slabel Require: 1 <= k <= num_glt

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Adam
