Hi Edward,

So TS_reg_blur6mm_scaled_detrended_resample3+orig is complete,
but not MWIN4_bucket+orig? If so, try removing the '-automask'
option from the 3dDeconvolve command.

It might be more clear to use 3dcalc to make a mask (from the
mean, say) based on your cliplevel (though 3dAutomask might
make as much sense). Then you can apply the mask directly in
3dDeconvolve (via -mask), and there will not be any question
about what is being masked.

Also, I'm not sure why you use 3dDetrend to remove a quadratic
baseline just before doing it in 3dDeconvolve. It should not
matter (except for small truncation effects, since you then
resample the data).
