AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

Sorry to bother you all again. I did my 3dDeconvolve analysis using stim_times and a TENT function of (0, 14, 8). Now my iresp files have 8 sub-bricks. Following from the How-to #5, I believe that I should be using the iresp files for my 3dANOVA (I don't have a specific contrast, such as X - fixation cross, to be used in the ANOVA). However, I can't use the iresp files per se, since there are 8 sub-bricks in the files.

What is the best way to go about doing the ANOVA?

Thanks!
