The @auto_tlrc program manual says we can now use either "@auto_tlrc" or "adwarp" to transform any dataset by the @auto_tlrc'ed transformed anatomical dataset.

So I tried both: 1) @auto_tlrc my functional data to @auto_tlrc'ed anatomical data and 2) adwarp the functional data to @auto_tlrc'ed anatomical data; however, they produced different results.

Please help me understand what happened. Thank you!!
