AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Sorry for not providing more info. I was trying to transform a functional dataset ("glm_perc+orig"; which is signal-percent-converted 3dDeconvolve output) to an MNI-transformed anatomical brain ("T1high_MNI152+tlrc), using 1) @auto_tlrc and 2) adwarp with the following commands:

1) @auto_tlrc -apar T1high_MNI152+tlrc -input glm_perc+orig -suffix _auto -dxyz 2

2) adwarp -apar T1high_MNI152+tlrc -dpar glm_perc+orig -prefix glm_perc_adwarp -dxyz 2

If you compare these two dataset by 3dinfo (see below), the one with adwarp has a larger range of numbers. Accordingly, their thersholded maps look, not too much, but visisbly different. I'd like to know why this happens because I thought they were comparable, and more importantly which command I should use. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
