Hello,

I am trying to brain extract rat T2 structural data and would like to use 3dSkullStrip. I've tried using it with the -rat option but the output files all appear blank. Is it possible to use this function on T2 data? Also, I get a warning saying "NO spatial transform (neither qform nor sform), in NIfTI file". Would it make sense to try a spatial transformation and run 3dSkullStrip again?
