Hi,

Is there a way to set the co-ordinates of the initial sphere in 3dSkullStrip? I have a working robust mouse and rat brain extraction procedure that involves FSL bet2, and want to try it out using 3dSkullStrip too, but unless I can override the default centre it spills out ventrally.
