Hi...I was also wondering whether anyone had 3dSkullStrip -rat work on rat t2 images. Also, whether anyone had 3dAllineate work on warpin individual t2's to template t2, individual epi to a template epi and individual epi to individual t2... I'd appreciate if you can also send reply to my email.
