Hi,
I have followed all of the directions for loading the necessary libraries for my Mac. I got the same error as in the previous posts:
Skull Stripping ...
dyld: Library not loaded: /sw/lib/libglib-1.2.0.dylib
I then followed Rick's advice from his reply on 11/1/08 to install these glib libraries:
sudo fink install glib2-dev glib
Now I am getting this error on my iMac running 10.5.7:
3dSkullStrip -input __tt_15.spgr+orig -prefix __tt_15.spgr_ns
dyld: Library not loaded: /sw/lib/libglib-2.0.0.dylib
Reason: Incompatible library version: 3dSkullStrip requires version 1801.0.0 or later, but libglib-2.0.0.dylib provides version 1401.0.0

** ERROR: Could not strip skull
