AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hi all,

I've been trying to install AFNI on my MacBook running 10.5.4 using fink. I have no problems installing the dependencies.

I do run into a problem when trying to compile AFNI. Everything seems to work okay, but always dies at the same point:

k -lf2c -lmri /sw/lib/libXm.a -lXm -lXp -lXpm -lXext -lXmu -lXt -lX11 -lz -lm -lmri -ldl -lc -lm -lc
i686-apple-darwin9-gcc-4.0.1: /sw/lib/libXm.a: No such file or directory
make: *** [afni] Error 1

I am using the latest AFNI source.
