AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi there,

I am having two problems with the overlay in 3D rendering

1) The cluster I want to examine has disappeared in the 3D viewer. It is readily viewed in the 2D window for the same underlay and overlay, but when I go to the 3D brain image I have created with the same underlay and overlay it is no where to be found. I have tried reducing my cut size and going through by 1mm instead of the set 5mm thinking I would find it this way, but no avail. Where has it gone and how can I get it back?

2) One of my overlays will not let me adjust the threshold. I am viewing a connectivity overlay on my 3D brain and want to view it under a specified p value, but the option says [N/A], how can I get around this?

Thanks, Jayna
