AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

DICOM images from the scanner that are being reconstructed using the to3d program are giving the following warning and the resulting anatomical images have bands. In addition, the orientation of the axial and coronal images is wrong - the orientation is 90 degrees CCW

Moreover, something odd is happening in the GUI (happens sporadically) - pressing coronal button and getting axial slice (in wrong orientation) pop up.

- anatomical images were acquired in the sagittal plane

There was a previous message from 3/12/08 that had a similar problem and it was suggested to modify the .afnirc file. Where can I find this file? I am not finding it in abin.

Thank you,
Liat
