AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

Hello,

I am using the following command to auto_Talairach skull-stripped T1:

@auto_tlrc -input s106-1.3danat_flip_brain+orig -base TT_icbm452+tlrc -suffix none -no_ss

This input has worked well in the past, but this time when I switch from the original view to the Talairach view the images are empty. No errors are indicated when auto_tlrc runs, however, the .tlrc image is smaller (18573604), than the original image (41943040). Could anyone offer any suggestions as to why auto_tlrc produces empty image?
