Hi, is there any mex-implementation of 3dvolreg if you want to run the 3D registration from Matlab?
If I have two volumes, v1 and v2, I want to be able to just call a function in a Matlab program
motion_corrected_volume = 3dvolreg(v1,v2);
to get the motion corrected volume. I have implemented motion correction in Matlab but it is very slow. I have read that your 3dvolreg is very fast, but I want to run it from Matlab.
