Great Gang.
I'll have to check it out!
Someday, it would be nice to be able to interface this with the AFNI GUI, where just as we can define tlrc-warping markers 1-6 looking at the brain images, we could mark our voxels or VOI voxelS of interest in a 3d+time dataset for Granger analysis using the mouse cursor! After marking up to X regions the program could handle, hit COMPUTE, and Afni could pre-calculate the time series values from the single voxel or do a maskave on the fly of multiple-highlighted voxels, then dump these series values into the analysis as though they were manually entered as .1D files. The GUI could be toggled to dump out the intervoxel (or interVOI) Granger relationships into some text file or whatever.
The advantage of being able to integrate this with the GUI is that using the NEW button to open multiple image sets in the same session, an investigator who sees activation in multiple regions after modeling the paradigm could quickly probe around the hotspots with Granger to see what hotspot might be informing the other!
Again, thanks!
