AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

$ which afni:
/usr/local/afni/bin/afni

$ afni --ver
Version AFNI_2008_07_18_1710
[[Precompiled binary macosx_10.4_G5: Oct 14 2008]]

The strange thing is that the TTatlas+tlrc files, which afni claims it can't find, are also in /usr/local/afni/bin, the same location as the afni viewer.

I have installed afni on both Linux and Mac machines and have never come across this problem.

BTW, if this is any clue, I had an earlier version from April installed and had the same problem. I thought that if I updated to the latest version it might solve the problem, but the problem persists.

Many thanks,

Robert
