afni.nimh.nih.gov

You can list directories on the command line when
starting 'afni'. That enables you to switch between
them via the 'Switch Session' button. e.g.

afni dir1 dir2 dir3

From there you can even open 'New' controllers
(via the afni GUI) that are locked in space, with
each being in a different session directory.
