AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Thanks for your suggestions. In my case, I already know the exact slice timing for each slice, so I tried 3drefit -atrfloat TAXIS_OFFSETS "..." dset+orig as following:

bash-3.2$ 3dAttribute TAXIS_OFFSETS testB1+orig
0 1.5 0.1875 1.6875 0.375 1.875 0.5625 2.0625 0.75 2.25 0.9375 2.4375 1.125 2.625 1.3125 2.8125

bash-3.2$ 3drefit -atrfloat TAXIS_OFFSETS "0 0.0375 0.0725 0.11 0.1475 0.1825 0.22 0.255 0.2925 0.3275 0.365 0.4025 0.4375 0.475 0.51 0.5475" testB1+orig

Looks like the 3dAttribute did not change anything at all. Did I miss something here?
