3dREMLfit is now updated to allow you to add GLTs (via -gltsym) to the calculation. The new -Rglt and -Oglt options allow output of the results of the new GLTs to be directed to new files.

3dDeconvolve -xsave and -xrestore only adds GLTs -- it does NOT overwrite existing GLTs in the bucket dataset.
