Dear all,

I have questions about normalization procedures for high-resolution T2 anatomic images.
Are there any differences between normalization for T1 anatomic images and T2 anatomic images?
In the @auto_tlrc function, there is no template specialized for T2 anatomic images as I understand.
Then, I can use general base templates for @auto_tlrc (e.g., TT_avg152T1+tlrc).
Or, I have to use base templates for T2 anatomic images.
If there are base templates specialized for T2 anatomic images, please let me know how I can find them.
Also, if there are differences in the following procedures as using T2 anatomic images, please let me know.
