Greetings AFNI-ers,
I am having some troubles using the 3dUndump command to project voxel-wise parameters I have from my functional analysis back onto talairach space (in this case a talairached brain acquired by averaging all the individual subject brains).
Using this CSV file and a talairached cortical grey matter mask I prepared, I can undump the data into a functional BRIK, and when I overlay the BRIK on top of our "average brain," it shows the voxels in all one solid color and thresholds correctly. But I want each voxel to be colored based on the voxel value in the CSV file, instead of simply being the same color.
I think I finally understand the cause of this problem. The parameters on the dataset that *did* have different colors were all integer values whereas the problematic data has decimals.
Ultimately, I can scale and/or round off the parameters to the nearest integer in MatLab and that's not really a problem I suppose. I will try this soon and see what happens.
Other than that, is there any other work-around to this issue without having to change/round off my input data? Or am I missing the root of the problem completely?
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks for your help!
John Sheppard
Other info: The CSV files were generated using the "dlmwrite" command in MatLab. They were delimited using spaces (' ') but AFNI clearly has no problem reading in the data, just doesn't want to make the voxels colored when the data has decimals, I guess.
