AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Dr Cox

Thanks for the help...

Yes, AFNI_AUTOGZIP is turned on, so I turned it off and I'm running the program again (it takes an hour to finish).

Here's the output from the last time I ran it:

++ 3dAutoTcorrelate: AFNI version=AFNI_2008_07_18_1710 (Nov 9 2008) [64-bit]
Number of voxels in mask : 30221
++ Memory required = 13028.0 Mbytes for 30221 output sub-bricks
.........:.........:........alotofthese....*** Datablock write error: cannot open output brick file - do you have write permission?
++ Wrote output: ./PNP19_fullauco+orig.BRIK

It does not, in fact, write the BRIK file, and it only says that because 3dAutoTCorrelate's coded to say that it wrote the file at the end of the program.
