Hi,
When I try to run a 3dDeconvolve on a time-series data using -xrestore option, I see these errors on the screen and program fail to run. I used xrestore before and seems to be working fine then. Can someone let me know what's going wrong here?
[srikanth@memphis S01B]$ 3dDeconvolve -input S01AB_EP_TRDsNSI+tlrc.BRIK -mask S01B_EP_BrainMask+tlrc. -xrestore S01_TRDsNSI_MR.x1D -cbucket ./S01_TRDsNSI_MR_betas -gltsym 'SYM: Stop_csplus_Corr2 -Stop_csplus_InCorr2' -fout -tout -bucket ./S01_TRDsNSI_MR_Csplus_SSvsUS

The previous 3dDeconvolve command which is used initially to create the x1D file worked fine and estimates from the model seem proper and it also created the x1D file I requested with the 'xsave' option.
I am using linux_gcc32 binaries under Linux.
Thanks,
Srikanth.
