AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

When I try to run a 3dDeconvolve on a time-series data using -xrestore option, I see these errors on the screen and program fail to run. I used xrestore before and seems to be working fine then. Can someone let me know what's going wrong here?

[srikanth@memphis S01B]$ 3dDeconvolve -input S01AB_EP_TRDsNSI+tlrc.BRIK -mask S01B_EP_BrainMask+tlrc. -xrestore S01_TRDsNSI_MR.x1D -cbucket ./S01_TRDsNSI_MR_betas -gltsym 'SYM: Stop_csplus_Corr2 -Stop_csplus_InCorr2' -fout -tout -bucket ./S01_TRDsNSI_MR_Csplus_SSvsUS
++ 3dDeconvolve: AFNI version=AFNI_2008_07_18_1710 (Nov 4 2008) [32-bit]
++ Authored by: B. Douglas Ward, et al.
++ Starting -xrestore S01_TRDsNSI_MR.x1D
** ERROR: -xrestore S01_TRDsNSI_MR.x1D has bad X matrix
** ERROR: -xrestore S01_TRDsNSI_MR.x1D has bad XtXinv matrix
** ERROR: -xrestore S01_TRDsNSI_MR.x1D has bad XtXinvXt matrix
** ERROR: -xrestore S01_TRDsNSI_MR.x1D missing GoodList field
** ERROR: -xrestore S01_TRDsNSI_MR.x1D missing InputFilename field

The previous 3dDeconvolve command which is used initially to create the x1D file worked fine and estimates from the model seem proper and it also created the x1D file I requested with the 'xsave' option.

I am using linux_gcc32 binaries under Linux.

Thanks,
Srikanth.
