Hi,

I'm a new user to AFNI and trying to grasp how I can do the following:

At the individual subject level, glts were used to get:
Condition A vs Baseline
Condition B vs Baseline

In the group analysis, Condition A vs Baseline was compared to Condition B vs Baseline. This found activation in 2 regions I am interested in, and I would like to see if the activity is correlated.

To do so I need to get:

Condition A vs Baseline VS Condition B vs Baseline in each subject.

What's the best way to do this?

Is there a way to do a 'double step' analysis like the above in 3dDeconvolve? Or do you do a ttest in each subject? Or some better way?

Thanks!
