Hi Ziad,

Before running the 3dDeconvolve, we usually convert the data into talairach space using @auto_tlrc command. And given that Suma provides the surfaces for the TT_N27 standard brain, is there any way we can use those surface data and restrict the statistical analysis to only voxels with in the grey matter voxels in each participant? The reason I am asking is because I don't have the surfaces created seperately for each participant at this moment.
