Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Once you have an identified network under task A, you can run SEM (model validation) on task B with the same network under task A, and then compare the path coefficients under the two tasks. Right now there is no easy approach to statistically analyzing such contrasts.
