Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

3dTshift allows you to specify a slice timing pattern on the command line instead of using the one in the header of the dataset. Otherwise, there's an option for 3drefit that will work too for changing the dataset header. See the discussion in this thread:
