AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I have just started the binary builds that include the ability to have multiple extra amplitude parameters with -stim_times_AM2. A sample time with 3 extra amplitudes is

23.4*5,6,-1

Note the commas as separators. In the future, when I get around to adding a duration parameter, I'll probably mark that by using a different separator.

1dMarry has also been modified to allow marriage (and divorce) of multiple parameters.

The maximum number of parameters is 11. Although you'd probably have to be deranged to get anywhere close to that number. [www.imdb.com]
