AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

This is probably a newbie question:

Recently I have done an experiment in which to cover 40mm of the monkey brain we did two trials aquiring data at every other slice with a 1mm offset between trials. So we essentially have two sets of functional data (20 slices each) for each condition so that we could get whole brain coverage. Now for my question: How am I to combine this data so that I can register it to my 40 slice anatomical image?

My thoughts are to manipulate my anatomical image so that each is 20 slices, or combine the functional data into a 40 slices.

Either way, after searching the documentation, I haven't a clue how to do this! If the above is confusing please ask questions and I would be happy to try and clear it up,

Thanks,

Andy
