After adding the "-global_times" option, the program worked through.

Yet the second question remains: I want to see 7 coefs (as in old version of"maxlag=6"),yet the results displayed had only one coef.


In the first place,I want to see is like this:(or: to see whether the IRF differ at any time lag s, 0<=s<=6. That is, 7 coefs of 4 conditons and 7 LC)

0 Full F-stat
1 CondA[0] Coef
2 CondA[1] Coef
.
.
7 CondA[6] Coef
8 CondA F-stat
9 CondB[0] Coef
.
.
16 CondB[6] Coef
.
.
33 A-B LC[0]

55 D-A LC [4]

In tHe second step, I want to compare the mgnitude of each pair.(It seems that the output using the revised version of command lines(by adding -global_times and replacing withe A -B accordingly) is the result of Comparing each pair. and i wonder why their location is so wierd as:
eg, as in D-A glt matrix, it reads as
0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 -1 0 0 1
why not goes like this:
0 0 -1 0 0 1

why there is extra 6 points?
THe glt matrix I desired goes like this:(as in comparing each pair,take D-A for example)
0 0 -1 -1 -1 -1 -1 -1 -1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 1 1 1 1 1 1 1
