It looks like you have already done timing correction on your
EPI data. What is the output of this command?

3dinfo -VERB s07hum1R_tshift_card+orig | head -25

I expect it does not show slice timing.

If you do not want the program to perform slice timing, maybe
you need to add the '-tshift off' option.
