Thank you again. For the most part that makes sense. I guess what I am confused of is what the average value is representing. I know it is only showing active voxels within the mask. But I am unclear as to what that average value is representing. I am using a deconvolved data file with a anatomical mask and am just confused as to what that average value is representing?

Am I making sense with this question?
