Hi, I'm having problems aligning T1 volume to an EPI. It seems that the alignment is not good around the occipital lobe. The resulting T1 seems to extend for an extra 10 mm before the end of the EPI. Are there some parameters that I could try to tweak in this case. I can upload the datasets (attached is a screen dump). Thanks!
