Hi AFNI users,

I need to measure a similarity metric in a local area. -3dAllineate with the "-allcost" option prints all the similarty metrics for the whole image. Is it possible to print all these metrics in a local area, for example NMI only in the area from, -10 to 10 (X direction), -10 10 (Y direction), -10 10 (Z direction) of my whole volume image.
