Hi Brian,

For the record, afni_proc.py now does have the ability to
add extra regressors. See the options:

-regress_extra_stim_files and -regress_extra_stim_labels

in the -help outoput. Note that "afni_proc.py -hist" shows a
list of all recent modifications.
