Hi,
I need help in merging ROI masks. I have two masks created using draw dataset plugin. One mask has 7 ROI's and other has 6 ROI's. I merged the two masks together using the 3dcalc command.
3dcalc -nscale -a roi+tlrc -b roi_stria+tlrc -prefix tmp -expr 'a+b'
When I edit the merged ROI's again using draw dataset plugin, the values of the corresponding ROI does not remain the same. i.e., Suppose if the ROI with value = 1 had green color in the merged one, it turns out to be yellow after editing.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
