Did you get an X matrix from that? If not, consider adding the
'-x1D my.xmat.1D' (or with a better output filename).
With that you can try to use xmat_tool.py to look at condition
number or warning from the correlation matrix. If you have
columns that are too similar, that would point them out.
Assuming you have a file called my.xmat.1D, look at the output
of the command:
xmat_tool.py -show_cormat_warnings -load_xmat my.xmat.1D
(or you can try options -show_conds or -show_cosmat_warnings)
If you don't have the python libraries needed to run that program
(test with "xmat_tool.py -test_libs"), please feel free to upload
or mail me that X matrix file, and I can tell you what it shows.
