AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello Afni community,

First of all, I'm new to most of this, so please be gentle.

I have attached a jpeg of a screencapture from fslview of a high-res structural .img (Analyze) file. It seems that the image is being doubled so that a second head is being superimposed on top of the original, and then stretched and distorted (or is that the soul escaping through the top of the head, ha ha?).

I know that this isn't really an AFNI problem because the problem has occurred before I converted these to .HEAD type, but I'm hoping that one of you might have an idea of what could be going wrong and how to fix it.

Thanks,

Jonathan
