AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Help! When I use 3dDeconvolve now, and it encounters a stim_times file (e.g., feedback-norate_-9.00.txt) with no values (4 *'s for 4 runs), I get an error that says:

** FATAL ERROR: '-stim_times 9' can't read file '/prot/401/mid/146401/func/sess2/feedback-norate_-9.00.txt'

This appeared to be different just a few weeks ago. It would indicate worrisome colinearity, but it would do the deconvolution if you set GOFORIT high enough. Now it terminates with the fatal error.

What should I do? I don't want to put in a fake stim time, and I don't want to change my deconvolution analysis for this one subject.

Thanks a lot.
