Just to be sure, your steps were these, correct?

1. cp Makefile.macosx_10.4_Intel Makefile
2. make totality

If you did anything differently, please let me know.

Otherwise, would you run this:

2a. make totality |& tee make.tot.out

and mail me the resulting 'make.tot.out' file? Do not
worry about running a 'make clean' first.
