Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hi Andrew,

I thought this was a bigger issue at first, but reading
more closely I think you are just seeing new names
for some of the buttons.

The afni program no longer associates the underlay
with the anatomy (or overlay with stats). So some of
the buttons have newer names:

Switch Anatomy -> Underlay
Switch Function -> Overlay
Define Function -> Define Overlay

Basically, the underlay is the grayscale background
and the overlay is the color foreground (by default
anyway). Whether they are anatomical or statistical
is a separate question now.
