I have drawn the ROIs but an not sure what kind of data I am getting out and how to interpret it. I am using ROIaverage on 3dDeconvolved data and get the average time series data for each subbrick. But am not sure if this is the average intensity of each voxel in the ROI and how to compare this time series data to behavioural measures such as RTs? Do I average the time series data across all sub bricks?
