Hi all,

My lab does a fair amount of DTI processing, sometimes with afni sometimes with FSL or other softwares. One thing we'd like to be able to do is to include out diffusion gradient directions in the Nifti file.

I haven't found anything suggesting that afni has done this with their headers but i'd like to be compatible if at all possible. So Is there any header specification for including gradient directions and b-values in the HEAD files or Nifti files?
