AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Andy,
Spatial normalization is the step that takes you from +orig to +tlrc. If you do not have an anatomical, you can use @auto_tlrc to transform the EPI time series to the EPI TLRC template. As input to @auto_tlrc, use the EPI subbrick that you used as the base in the volume registration step.
One the transformation is done, you can apply the same transform to your statistical volumes.
Note that it is not good practice to transform one set of volumes one way and another set in a different way, but if you have to do it for just one case out of many then that's fine.

cheers,
ziad
