AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi AFNI World,
I am working with a dataset with kids, and am concerned that by the last of 3 runs they have disengaged. So, I would like to analyze the first 2 runs and compare the results to using all 3 runs. I am wondering what is the easiest way to drop the last of 3 runs without having to edit all the timing files. I tried adding -censor 3:0..164 to the 3ddeconvolve commands. Seemed to chop out the 3rd run data when I viewed the fit in AFNI, but don't feel confident this is the best way to do this, any suggestions?
thanks in advance
Brenda
