Dear all,

I'm worried that I might be using the NUM_GLT argument correctly when calling 3dDconvolve? An excerpt might look like this:

...
-num_glt 2 \
-gltsym 'SYM: +rec_c1 \ +rec_c2' -glt_label 1 blah \
...

Should it be 'num_glt 1' here, since we're only running a single GLT? I noticed that you don't use the argument at all in your tutorial, so perhaps it's not important?:

This has been the way that the MVPA toolbox calls 3dDeconvolve for a while, and so I'm concerned that there might be repercussions...

Thank you very much,
Greg
