Thanks for the reply. I have uploaded the data few minutes ago. The anat+tlrc was made through manual tailarach transformation. The mask+orig was obtained using 3dAutomask from the concatenated functional runs as follows:

3dAutomask -dilate 0 -prefix mask ConcatSpeeds+orig
