I am trying to view an ROI with Render[new]. However, my tlrc-ed anat file is not an option to choose as an underlay. We have tried making the ROI with the orig anat, but the ROI is not in the correct location since the ORIG anat isn't in Talairach space.

Our question is how can we use our TLRC-ed anat with Render[new]?

Do we need to create a new anat+tlrc.BRIK? If so, how do we go about doing this?
