Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Daniel Glen (thanks, Daniel!) figured out those two files were actually in text instead of image. The attachment on the AFNI message board only accepts image files. So in the future you should either send files in other formats through e-mail or upload them to our server:

[afni.nimh.nih.gov]

Back to your issue. If you just want to run those contrast tests listed in model.txt, you don't have to use 3dLME.R, and instead you can pretty much get them done with either two-sample or paired t-test through 3ddtest.
