AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hey afni experts,

I have a question about the lovely scripts found on how to rotate gradient vectors after deobliquing DTI data, as found on:
[afni.nimh.nih.gov]

[afni.nimh.nih.gov]

Currently we collect our DTI data oblique, then we have been using 3dWarp -oblique2card to deoblique it. Therefore we need to rotate our bvecs accordingly. Is there anyway to modify the previous scripts based on header attributes from 3dWarp? Any hints on how to do this would be appreciated (the more explicit the better, as my scripting skills are still subpar)! If not, is there anyway to deoblique our data using 3dWarpDrive?

Thanks in advance!
